We place a lot of emphasis on the mattress having to do with a good night’s sleep and rightfully so but your pillow has much more to do with that than you might think. They arrive to you compressed flat in a vacuum sealed bag but once you open the bag they quickly fluff up nicely. The pillows are adjustable but they felt amazing as is out of the box. They’re nice and lofty so they feel plush and luxurious. You can even fluff them up a little more by tossing them briefly into the dryer for a tumble.
Comfort
You’d be hard pressed to find a pair of pillows at this price with this level of comfort. We absolutely loved them. After almost 2 weeks sleeping on them, so far so good, we will report back if they flatten out. The Sleepgram pillows seem to have great resiliency and fluff right back up nicely. Very reminiscent of nice plush hotel pillows.
Level of comfort can be subjective so you ultimately can’t please everyone; some may prefer a super soft experience, or you might prefer a very firm one, perhaps temperature is of main concern for you or maybe you have allergies. The Sleepgram Pillow gives you more options but our ideal combination is to use both inserts. This seem to be where the pillows felt best for us.
3-in-1 Versatility
Inside the pillow are two removable interior pillows, the pillow bag is also filled. Though changing out the pillow inserts is relatively easy with some tucking. We’re not completely sure removing both equates to a pillow as it is pretty flat with no inserts. With both removed the pillow provides very little cushion.
A Red (medium) and Blue (soft) tab distinguish the medium and soft pillow inserts. You can use either alone inside the cover for a medium or soft pillow. The combination of both Red and Blue inserts give you a firm pillow. With both inserts inside the pillow is quite heavy and supportive but you sink into it nicely.
Sleepgram’s Pillow offers adjustable comfort in a 3-in-1 pillow uses a soft premium polyester Microfiber. The covers are made of cotton so it’s all easily washable and feature a 2″ gusset. The Microfiber fill seems to be a great alternative to the Down Fill and of course animal friendly.
The zipper is a fine toothed one for strength and it works well enough. The zipper has only one pull so opening and closing the pillow could be a tiny bit smoother. Just be careful not to snag the pillow when using it and it should be fine for the long haul.
