The new Avenger Hurricane 12H is one elegant beast. The new 12 Hour Chronograph features a new high-performance Manufacture Breitling Caliber 01 movement cradled inside the ultra-light, ultra-sturdy case made with Breitling’s Breitlight proprietary material.
A chronograph built for extremes
Originally launched in Spring of 2016, the Breitling Avenger Hurricane sports a huge 50mm diameter case. The proprietary Breitlight material is 3.3x lighter than titanium and significantly harder than steel.
The Breitlight material exhibits exceptional resistance to scratching, traction, corrosion and thermal stability for an extremely rugged lightweight design. The material is also non-allergenic and possesses anti-magnetic properties.
This comfort and durability extends down to it’s strap which features a hybrid strap design that combines a rubber inner lining and sides with an anthracite high-resistance Military textile fiber exterior.
The enlarged 12 hour mode dial is easy to read with bold Luminescent hands and numerals. A thick sapphire glass glare-proofed on both sides make for crystal clear and easily identifiable viewing under any conditions. Water-resistant to 100m with a 70+ Hour reserve. A unidirectional rotating bezel are engineered with rider tabs for tactile readability so you can keep your eyes on what’s important.
The Avenger Hurricane 12H officially chronometer-certified by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute or COSC and available with Black or Yellow dial.
