The new for 2018 Arnold & Son Globetrotter is the re-imagination of the world-time complication as a modern day navigation instrument. Showcased at Baselworld 2018, the centerpiece of this luxury watch is the beautiful 3D domed dial and polished arch bridge that resides over it.

It is made of brass, textured by chemical etching with a mask, followed by polishing and lacquering. The globe rotates, along with a transparent 24-hour ring that lines up with the red hour hand to indicate the second time zone.
This interesting timepiece comes in a 45mm stainless steel case with 6.55mm thickness. Features cambered sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides, sapphire back. Water resistant to 30 metres (3 bar/100 ft). Comes in a Hand-aged blue calf leather strap.
Exclusive mechanical automatic A&S6022 calibre, 29 jewels, 28,800 vib/h (4 Hz), hand chamfered bridges and polished edges, fine circular graining and Côtes de Genève rayonnantes, dial plate NAC treated with large circular finishing, circular satin-finished wheels, screws with beveled and mirror-polished heads, 45-hour power reserve
“Founded by John Arnold in London in 1764, Arnold & Son holds a firm place in the grand English watchmaking tradition. From the outset, the company established a reputation for trailblazing innovation. Today, we build on this unique heritage in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the cradle of modern Swiss watchmaking. We are proud to exhibit at Baselworld 2017, where visitors to our booth can look forward to viewing the latest collection, including our new models with their respective manufacture movements.”
